Round Beef Roast

Looking to cook something that wont take 3 hours to roast?

This is one of our 1.5 kilo Angus Beef round roast, don’t forget the rule of thumb is 1 hour for every kilo.

To cook a roast warm oven first at 160 degrees C or 320  degrees F, Defrost first if frozen.

Place it on a roasting rack in an oven tray to circulate the heat and evenly cook the roast.

Marinate with your favourite sauce or leave as is…
